It is considered a core shamanic energy healing process. The session takes about 60 minutes and it is designed to clean and upgrade the luminous energy field that surrounds our physical body. Just like our physical bodies store information, our energy field also stores information. It can store stressful or overwhelming life experiences and emotional wounds that may not have been dealt with, including some believe those wounds that were passed on from one generation to another. And for those of us who believe in reincarnation, imprints can have roots, in previous lives. The premise is that these heavy energies can reach the physical body and organs through the chakras compromising the nervous system and creating disharmony, affecting the body, mind and spirit. At the start of the session, I have a conversation with the client, and open sacred space. The client chooses a medicine stone from my Mesa (altar) and lies down, facing up, on a massage table. Using a pendulum, I identify the chakra that is most associated with dense energies, in the client’s energy field, and that’s where I place the medicine stone. With both my hands (palms facing up) I work with two acupressure points at the base of the skull. If needed, I use the decoupling process with the intention to promote deep state of relaxation and start the process of cleaning and upgrading the energy field. Tools I use, my rattle, pendulum, Mesa or Altar with medicinal stones or kuyas, palo santo or sage, and my hands. There is some physical contact when I place my hand of the back of the head to work with acupressure points and when doing decoupling if needed.
